You will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking clients, resolving inquiries, and providing high-quality support. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product usage, account setup, and general support needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide effective assistance. Log and document customer interactions and issues using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes. Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies and maintain high satisfaction levels. What We're Looking For Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written). Good command of English (minimum B2 level). Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with CRM systems or other support tools is a plus.
