We are collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to onboard a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-siteEmployment Type: Fixed term (6 months) with the possibility of extension or permanent contractRemuneration: Base salary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients regarding ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, transactions, and complaints via phone and email.Continuously develop your knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues.Use adequate tools, processes, and methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information.Ensure high levels of client service are delivered consistently.
Requirements:
fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English.Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain your product and/or service expertise clearly and solve issues in the first contact with customers.Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
