Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to our English-speaking clients, resolving their inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping others, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to English-speaking customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless problem resolution.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to offer effective and relevant support.
Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and recommend solutions.
Qualifications Required:
Fluency in English.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
Preferred:
