Customer Support Representative

Join one of the worlds largest and most respected insurance companies as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a dedicated professional to handle customer inquiries and provide expert support on our products.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone and email. You will provide detailed information on our insurance products, help with policy cancellations, and support insurance brokers with their queries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering comprehensive product information.Address questions related to insurance coverage, policy details, and procedures.Assist customers with policy cancellations and guide them through the process.Provide support to insurance brokers, helping direct their inquiries effectively.Manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication.

Ensure a professional and positive experience for all customers, maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor even in high-pressure situations. Requirements: Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
What We Offer: Competitive salary (paid per 14 months).
Fixed-term contract (CDD) for 6 months.
Performance Bonus of 100 per 12 months.
Meal Allowance (net) of 7.23 per day.
Transport allowance of 20 per month.

Rotational shifts from 07:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
