What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support, you will:
Provide customer support by handling customer issues related to payments, refunds, and other inquiries.
Utilize various platforms and tools to review user behaviors and ensure compliance with Social Media guidelines.
Review, audit, and moderate content from end customers.
Deliver organized customer support and seek initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Have prior knowledge of online payment methods and transactions.
