What you will do in this role As a Customer Support, you will:
Give customer support by handling customers' issues related to payments refund, and other types of inquiries Use different platforms and tools to take an active role in reviewing user behaviors as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areasReview, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyrightProvide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
