Join us as a German speaking customer specialist!
You will be providing customer support via multiple channels (call, chat, email)
you will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team
you will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
you will communicate in German every day
you will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team
What are we looking for?
advanced spoken and written German skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
good computer user skills (Mandatory)
ability to generate empathy in written form
good communication skills
customer orientation and troubleshooting
ability to manage time and meet goals
availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sunday
availability to work 8 hours per day
availability to work 24/7 shifts
