Customer Support In French (M/F/X)

We are recruiting for a cutting-edge E-Health Platform that is transforming the way people access and manage their health with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities Advise our healthcare professionals and accompany them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively.
Train them in the use of our services by phone.
Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email.
Advise and answer client questions about the product.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Proficient in French.
Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus).
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Benefits Base salary of 830€/month.
Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day worked.
Performance bonus up to 140€/month.
Complexity bonus of 10€/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5:30 PM.
2 days off: weekend.
6 months contract.

Location: Braga or Aveiro
