Responsabilidades Chave Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls.
Provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone.
Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability.
Troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality.
Deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Competências Fluency in German, spoken and written.
Preferably previous working experience in a call center.
High school diploma or a higher education degree.
Principais Benefícios What do we have for you?
Base salary of 1010€/month.
Performance bonus up to 120€/month.
Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 7am to 8pm.
Days off: Sunday + 1 day (rotational).
Working contract: 6 months (renewable).
Relocation package.
Location: Braga, hybrid model.
