Job Description: Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the frontline support for customers of a company. They handle inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Providing information about products, services, and company policies.
Escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Problem Solving:
Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or service problems.
Offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed.
Technical Support:
Providing basic technical assistance and guidance.
Assisting customers in navigating the company's website or using products.
Sales Support:
Assisting with order placement, refunds, or exchanges.
Upselling and cross-selling products or services when appropriate.
Processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
Record Keeping:
Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Maintaining detailed records of customer communications and actions taken.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
Empathy and Patience: Demonstrating understanding and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of the company's products, services, and digital platforms.

CONTRACT
Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months.
Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months.
Permanent contract after 2 years.
TRAINING
The training period is around 10 days - paid.
