What you'll do
As a Customer Support for Social Media, you'll address and resolve inbound customer support inquiries;
Deliver accurate and professional customer service by email, chat support, and/or phone;
Work with internal cross-functional partners to resolve customer inquiries;
Ensure each inquiry is "resolved" from the customer's perspective, in a timely manner;
Actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolution;
Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience.
What you'll need
Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
As a Customer Support for Social Media, you'll need exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Service-oriented mindset and approach to work;
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment;
Self-starter/self-motivated to achieve top performance standards;
Team player;
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
