responsabilidades chave
Interact with customers through Inbound calls or via the internet.
This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information as well as providing customer service support.
The job is to find the best solution for each customer, because at the end of the day, the most important thing will be that each customer has his or her problem solved.

competências
be fluent in written and spoken Flemish (eliminatory factor);
be able to manage several computer platforms at the same time. If you like to browse social media frequently and are a fan of apps, you have the skills we are looking for;
in every customer interaction, be the "friend" who always has the right solution. You won't have an answer for everything, but thanks to your empathy, the customer will always be left with a good image of the company you represent;
