The Job
As a Customer Support Agent, you will take inbound calls and emails. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Handle incoming calls and emails from bank clients.
Resolve issues regarding ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.
Use the tools, processes, and methods from your initial training to solve issues.
Ensure that great levels of client service are delivered.
The Profile
You speak Portuguese at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have strong communication skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
