What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support, you will:
Give customer support by handling customers' issues related to payments refund, and other types of inquiries
Use different platforms and tools
Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
Your qualifications
