responsabilidades chave

support media advisors/specialists with booking, corrections, material retrieval, and guidance;

support customers from the danish market and provide customer service, including obtaining permissions for newsletters;

handle customer inquiries via ticket system and phone;

schedule meetings, for example, with subscription customers;

proactively offer upselling opportunities;

manage general administrative tasks: onboarding, invoicing various fees,work orders;

process and produce simple advertisements;

competências

fluent in danish (native or C2 level);

good communication skills;

proactive;

strong administrative competencies and digital proficiency;

commercial mindset with business understanding;

strong in task planning and prioritization;

empathetic and committed;
