Join us in Lisbon!Responsabilidades ChaveSupport media advisors/specialists with booking, corrections, material retrieval, and guidance;Support customers from the Danish market and provide customer service, including obtaining permissions for newsletters;Handle customer inquiries via ticket system and phone;Schedule meetings, for example, with subscription customers;Proactively offer upselling opportunities;Manage general administrative tasks: onboarding, invoicing various fees, work orders;Process and produce simple advertisements;CompetênciasFluent in Danish (native or C2 level);Good communication skills;Proactive;Strong administrative competencies and digital proficiency;Commercial mindset with business understanding;Strong in task planning and prioritization;Empathetic and committed;Principais BenefíciosWhat we have to offer you:Salary package above average;Health insurance;Schedule: from 8am to 4pm (35h per week);Location: Lisboa, with possibility of homeworking;
