You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customersTake care of our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channelsSupport our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceWork on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase their satisfactionCollaborate with other departments, such as Sales and MarketingBe part of an international and multilingual teamYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
