What You'll Do:
As a Support Agent, you'll manage inquiries from clients of a prominent financial institution through calls, chat, and email . From helping with online banking to providing product information, your daily tasks will involve:

Assisting customers via calls, chat, and email

Managing card services, appointments, and client inquiries
Supporting marketing campaigns
