Customer Support Advisor (100% Remote In Portugal)

We're looking for German speaking Customer Support Representative to join our client's team in the beautiful Portugal!

What you'll do:

Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues;

Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures;

Be the owner of the customer query and ensure a timely resolution and response;

Build meaningful relationships, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;

Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;

Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of;

Be responsible for following the direction of management and providing feedback.

What we're looking for:

German C2 and English B2.

Hold a valid EU citizenship, residence card, or Manifest of interest.
