ABOUT THE ROLE - As Customer Logistics Manager/supply chain manager, you will:
You will report directly to Product Supply Director and be part of a Multifunctional team that operates in an international environment.
Creating Supply Chain Customer Business Plans: create and prioritize Joint Value Creation logistics plans, lead Supply Chain Joint Business plans, gain customer and sales alignment, and implement the plans to deliver team results.
Leading regular Supply Chain business reviews with the customer and own joint scorecard.
Leading and presenting projects to IB physical distribution team and quantify saving plans for cost savings.
Support the joint promotional forecasting process with customer supply chain in collaboration with P&G Sales team to continuously improve customer demand and forecasting.
Execute and optimize customer logistics operations as well as customer key metrics of In-Stock and Service.
Capturing and quantifying customers/P&G Joint Value Creation opportunities.
Managing the Supply Trade Terms negotiations, execution, and compliance as necessary in the market.
Responsible for KPI's and customer scorecards and be in constant engagement with customers, sales teams, demand planning, customer service representatives, and Transportation and Warehousing teams.
Implement supply chain projects and simplification projects cross-functionally.

Job Qualifications
Master's degree in engineering, science preferred, or supply chain related fields.
1 to 3 years in a similar job or experience in project management, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
Work experience demonstrating leadership and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation experience.
Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
Power BI experience is highly preferred.
SAP experience is highly preferred.
Strong IT knowledge preferred.
Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
Problem-solving via innovation & creativity.
