Agicap allows CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers and get paid. Cash is King, and Agicap fundamentally reshapes the way companies manage one of their greatest pain points.

Your mission:
Working together with the Onboarding team and the CS Ops team, you will have a direct relationship with clients and you will provide regular feedback to the Product team. Your mission will consist of assisting clients in their implementation of Agicap solution's key features (banking and data integration). For that purpose, you will be responsible for:

Integrate customer data (70%):

Collect and integrate client's data from various sources (banks, accounting tools)

Connect client's banks

Arrange the data into a format that can be imported into Agicap

Build the team (15%):

Contribute to the creation of the Customer Success Technical team

Train new Customer Success Managers on customer data integration processes

Build a library of processes to handle customer data in a scalable way

Contribute to building Agicap's knowledge management on banking aggregation

Build a wiki of best practices and key processes

Contribute to scale the processes by defining, improving and automating the way we collect and transform customer data for import

Contribute to product development (15%):

Become the reference within the Customer Success department for customer data import and banking aggregation

Provide structured and quantitative product feedback to help prioritize customer data integration features and banking aggregations

This position is also the gateway to many opportunities within the Customer Success department, the Product department, and Agicap in general.

What we are looking for:

You graduated from an engineering or business school

You are at minimum an intermediate speaker in Spanish and fluent in English

You have an excellent command of Excel (incl. VBA)

You have experience in automating data processing via VBA or other languages

You are a team player and want to share your knowledge

You are willing to develop your customer interaction skills

You are curious and a fast learner

You have developed excellent oral and written communication skills

You are ambitious and the start-up mindset appeals to you

You are ready to give it your all for a project you fully adhere to

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of:

First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team

A role play or case study with the respective department

Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
