About the Position
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Spanish and Portuguese Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do

Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.

Have a passion for Customer Success.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and adapt easily to change.
Are organized, methodical and able to adapt as the projects are varied.
Have good analytical skills.
Show excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese (Native or C1) as well as English (Intermediate level desirable).
Are a committed team player who values diversity and knowledge sharing in a fast, growing and respectful work environment.

Also nice to have

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations.
Intermediate level of Portuguese is a great advantage.
Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus!
