We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager H/F for one of our large international clients. The role is based in Paris.
What will I be doing?
As a Customer Success Manager H/F, your responsibilities will include:
Drive Customer Success through customer portfolio adoption, growth, satisfaction, and long-term retention;
Collaborate with Sales to unlock growth through cross-selling, identifying new opportunities or needs;
Build meaningful partnerships by fostering trust and strong relationships with customers;
Partner with internal teams to address concerns, minimize risks, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience;
Share best practices and insights while fostering engagement through diverse methods such as events, regular catch-ups;
Continue developing your knowledge of the market and the platform;
Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial processes to support customer success;
Be proactive: Pay attention to details and actively listen to customer needs.
What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
With a background in engineering or a Master's degree in finance and/or information systems (BAC+5), you have 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a similar role. Ideally, you have a solid understanding of financial processes.
You demonstrate a true entrepreneurial spirit, are rigorous, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. Fluency in both English and French is required.
