Responsibilities Be the first point of contact and management of customer satisfaction;
Recognize customers who need more assistance;
Execute an account management plan;
Implement structured tasks that put each client on the path to a positive ROI;
Express customer concerns to each responsible team within the organization and create strategies to consistently follow up on them;
Document successful actions taken to achieve retention and revenue goals.
Profile 2-3 years of B2B sales experience;
Native/fluent French;
Past experience in "hunting" (new business).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
