.Enghouse Interactive is looking for a CSM/ Technical Account Manager to join our team in Portugal! This is a remote role for candidates based out of Lisbon only. Reporting to the General Manager of the Market Research business, your responsibilities will include:Customer Health and Success: Drive product and new feature adoption, ensuring value realization, retention, and growthSales Pipeline Development: Establish and manage a sales pipeline of product opportunities to support annual revenue quota.Customer Advocacy: Represent customers' (B2B) needs across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver the best experiencesRenewals and Expansions: Work with the team to ensure successful renewals and identify new opportunities for expansionPipeline Management: Proactively update and maintain your pipeline using SalesforceClient Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accountsProject Management: Ensure efficient execution of internal initiatives to improve customer successEngagement Across Business Areas: Collaborate with various levels of management, from Directors to C-level executives, across clinical and technical areas.Business Reviews: Develop and conduct regular business reviews with clients to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities.Expectations:5+ years of hands on experience selling contact center solutions to B2B client is a mustExperience within the Sales team as a strategic Customer Success Manager, Sales / Account ManagerExperience in the SaaS or Enterprise software industry requiredUnderstanding of the market research industry with great interpersonal skillsPast experience of doing direct sales with customers (B2B)Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must, both written and verbalCandidates from Lisbon preferredEligibility to work in the country without sponsorshipWhat We Offer:Play a key role in driving customer success and satisfaction.Work in a collaborative and dynamic global team environment.Salary package with performance-based incentives
