Your responsibilities Join Celus as a Customer Success - Engineer!
We're looking for a motivated and technically proficient Customer Success Engineer (F/M/D) to join our dynamic team in Porto . In this role, you will serve as a technical expert for our customers, advocating our CELUS Design Platform. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in driving forward product development and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working closely with customers to understand their requirements, helping to align our product to the customer's use cases and needs
Collaborate on creating compelling demos of the capabilities of our software
Provide feedback to the CELUS product team to strengthen the features and value of our product
Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements
Develop and deliver customer onboarding programs, including training sessions and workshops, to ensure successful product adoption and user satisfaction
Create and maintain knowledge-based content such as tutorials, FAQs, and documentation to support customers and enhance their user experience
Your profile Degree in Electrical Engineering field or similar
At least 2 - 4 years of previous experience with technical products in the electronics industry
Previous experience in Customer Success roles
Expert in hardware engineering processes
Experience with CAD tools for electronics engineering (e.g. Siemens PADS, Altium Designer, KiCad)
Good analytical skills on electronic schematics and boards
Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
A passion for engaging customers doing demos, technical workshops, seminars, presentations
Agile-mindset and solution driven way of thinking
Fluent written and spoken English
