Infopro Digital is recruiting an Account Manager for its subsidiary Companeo. Companeo supports its professional customers on a daily basis in 17 countries in the development of their commercial activity by offering them the opportunity to accelerate their prospecting process through innovative solutions to identify and qualify the best prospects and ensure effective matchmaking. Description of your missions Be the first point of contact and manage customer happiness. Recognize customers in need of further assistance through proactive health checks, guided by health indicators such as conversion percentages. Nurture unhappy customers back to good health through trajectories of training, consulting, and regular check-ins. Execute a prescribed account management plan to communicate our vision on lead handling and match it to each account's business objectives. Implement structured tasks that put each client on the path to a positive ROI. Voice customer concerns towards each responsible team within the entire organization and create strategies to follow up on these consistently. Your profile Achieve 90% account retention and 15% annual growth in per-account revenue. Document successful actions taken to meet retention and revenue targets. The job of Account Manager within the Infopro Digital group is made for you if: At least 1 year of experience in sales administration and/or customer service/success environment. Fluently speaking and writing Spanish, preferably as your mother tongue, and your English is good; otherwise, you wouldn'tbe able to read this job posting. Any other language is an asset. Your phone/Teams & sales admin skills are exceptional, and your ability to build rapport, convince, and engage with our customers through the phone is of vital importance. You are known as a good listener, someone with a problem-solving mindset, and you have the natural ability to resolve conflict quickly and efficiently whilst managing both customer and company interests.
