We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? Your mission will be…Receive and process customer requests, ensuring accurate recording of relevant details, such as addresses, contact information, and special instructions.Submit Customer account creation.Support on cash collection.Support on SaaS product releases.EDS reporting & billing.Discount Voucher creations, update information and change prices.Maintain accurate records and provide updates to stakeholders.Create and analyze several reports linked to invoicing, status and overdue.Generate reports and improve dispatching processes.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to dispatch operations.We are looking for someone with…High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash is a plus.Fluency in English (speaking and writing).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations or emergency scenarios.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.What you can expect from us…A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
