Customer Service - Tobacco Company - French Speaker

What you'll do:
As a Customer Service for Tobacco Company, you'll do customer support via telephone and email;
Effective support for questions regarding the use and maintenance of the smoking device;
Provision of technical support regarding the device or the brand's website;
Providing information and possible troubleshooting.
What you'll need:
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French;
Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
Demonstrates sympathy and empathy;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Team spirit;
Flexibility and resilience;
Fast learning capacity;
Experience in telephone customer service/call center environment (preferred).
