Customer Service & Technical Support for Social Media - German speaker Are you looking for a job as a Customer Service & Technical Support for Social Media? Join our team! In this role, you will provide customer service and technical support for hardware products and services. You will be responsible for repairing basic product issues using diagnostic tools. Services will be provided via email, online chat, telephone, and specified social-media platforms in response to contacts from users, including customers and partners.
