Customer Service Representative - Temporary
About the Role
We're looking for a temporary replacement in the Customer Service team in Portugal, to support the team in the order to billing process.

What You Will Do
Process orders, deliveries, invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time in relevant systems according to defined processes and standards.
Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
Deal with special and/or more complex enquiries from customers.
Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve (more complex) customer complaints.
Ensure the satisfaction of external customers and internal stakeholders through the correct processing of orders, invoices, service complaints, and inquiries.
Who You Are
Communication and organization skills.
Experience with SAP.
Fluent in Portuguese (native) and English; Spanish is a plus.
Customer-oriented.
Team spirit.
Problem solver.
Adequate data maintenance.
