What you will do in this role Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.G., card readers) and software issues. Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems. Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries and contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.
