Our client specializes in mobile payments and supporting small and medium businesses.
What you will do in this role
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.
Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.
Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries and contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.
Your qualifications
Have a high level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Have familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices
Have proficient PC skills
Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations
