What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will: Help customers with tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints. Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges. Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
