If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Advisor in Portugal (remote) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will:
Develop, coordinate and answer health-related questions;Handle emails and calls from health professionals or patients about the use of certain medication;Propose concrete solutions to improve the department and customer relations.Concentrix is a great match if you:
