What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case informationAssure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documentedCollaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help ticketsYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
