Quality of consumer service has become crucial in today's economy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be appointed to one of Europe's major companies and provide support in daily customer care.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:Answering incoming queries from customersIdentifying issues and providing solutionsEnsuring a high level of customer satisfactionRecording data in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc supportBeing a team player and participating in the success of the team and projectSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are a native Dutch speakerYou have a business proficiency level of EnglishYou are motivated and committed to your workYou have excellent communication and listening skillsYou are a team player and willing to work with many other nationalitiesWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full time (40h/week)Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational scheduleSalary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/monthFor international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 monthsAirport pick upHelp in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career paths(*) Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
