What you will do in this role
Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands
Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Your qualifications
Proficient or bilingual in German and advanced in English; Spanish is a plus!
Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution
It will be a plus if you have:
Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration
What's in it for you
39 hours/week permanent contract: rotative Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00
Salary 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 2400 euros gross/year in bonus
