Job Title: Customer Service Representative (German C1 + English B2) Location: Porto, Portugal Start Date: 4th November 2024 and 21st November 2024 Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our partner, a leading BPO company.
In this role, you will support customers by providing top-notch service, ensuring high satisfaction, and handling inquiries related to our clients industry solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and support via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) Address customer queries, provide solutions, and guide them through using our clients products and services Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues Collaborate with other team members to meet performance targets and service level agreements Requirements: German (C1) and English (B2) language proficiency Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00, with possible extensions until 21:00) Must be located in or willing to relocate to Porto Valid EU documentation (EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visa under consultation) Work Model: On-site role in Porto Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: 1271EUR per month (14 months) KPI Bonus: 120 EUR per month (after meeting performance targets) Meal allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day Relocation package : Outside Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 EUR(after 180 days of contract), hotel accommodation for 28 days Inside Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs up to 150 EUR(after 180 days of contract), hotel accommodation for 15 days Training: 4 weeks of training (2 weeks of onboarding + 2 weeks of practical application) This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while working in a dynamic international environment.
