What you'll do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customer needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages;
Answer calls from customers relating to the company's services;
Process pick-up orders;
Provide shipping information and quotations;
Track packages and request proof of delivery.
What you'll need Native German speaker;
Fluency in English – minimum B1 level (mandatory);
Great listening and communication skills;
Aptitude for problem-solving;
Dynamism and team spirit;
High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
