Base Gross Salary: 895 EURper 14 months
Meal Allowance (net) 7.23EUR per day, 1908.72EUR per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and efficient customer service to clients in French via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize customer service processes.
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in French (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work rotating shifts including early mornings and occasional bank holidays.
Remote work experience or flexibility to work remotely across Coimbra to Algarve regions.
