What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner
Attract potential customers by promoting products and services; suggest products and services tailored to customer needs
Handle and manage inquiries in a timely manner
Contribute to the development of customer loyalty
