We help well-known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will:Assist customers via phone, email and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions and invoices.Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meet commitments within agreed deadlines.Interact with the various departments to ensure smooth processing of the customer request.What we are looking forHigh level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).First successful experience in customer relations.Good interpersonal and writing skills.Computer literate in terms of Pack Office.Versatile and highly organized.Autonomous and able to work in a fast-changing environment.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
