About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the voice of a globally renowned banking institution, assisting clients with their banking needs and fostering positive customer experiences. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, support back-office projects, and ensure a seamless customer journey all in Czech and English.
Key Responsibilities
Support Bank Customers: Assist customers in managing accounts and transactions effectively.
Explain Products and Services: Provide clear and concise information about the bank's offerings.
Resolve Inquiries: Address customer questions with comprehensive solutions.
Foster Brand Loyalty: Deliver courteous and professional service to uphold the bank's reputation.
Adaptable Scheduling: Work rotating shifts to ensure customer support at all times.
Your Skills and Experience
Language Skills: Fluent in Czech (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
Customer-Centric: Enthusiastic about helping others and resolving problems.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility: Willing to work rotating shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
Training:
10-day paid training program (92.80 EUR/week).
Training conducted in English.
Successful training completion leads to an employment contract.
Salary Package options: 1060.50 EUR gross/month (includes base salary, room allowance, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance).
1260.00 EUR gross/month (includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance).

Work Schedule
Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break).
Days Off: Two days per week (assigned by shift manager, schedule shared 4 weeks in advance).
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Airport pick-up and assistance with administrative registration in Portugal.
