Job Title: Customer Service Representative (English-speaking) - Hotel Reservations
Job Description The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will:
Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chatUse your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and AustraliaProvide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic wayHandle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requestsEnsure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needsContribute to creating brand engagement for our clientYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
