Your Responsibilities: Review and evaluate online content, videos, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright issues. Audit and update content on a popular social media platform. Ensure that services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer expectations. Protect customer data while adhering strictly to compliance and accuracy guidelines. Be a key player in maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment, ensuring positive experiences for every client. Skills & Qualifications: Fluent German (C2 level) and Fluent English (B2 level). Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge. Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes. Demonstrated patience and professionalism when dealing with customers, especially in challenging situations. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and adjust to different shifts if needed. Associate degree in a related field, and 6 months to 1 year of relevant customer service experience (preferred). Strong customer service orientation and a team-player mentality.
