Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Norwegian speakers for the role of Customer Support agent to work in Lisbon, onsite.

Start date is next week and there is a signing bonus of Euro 2500!

Your role will be:

Answer to inbound calls and customer inquiries

Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner

To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database

To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training

To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

This Job is for you if you have:

Fluency in Norwegian C2 Level

Good knowledge of English (B2 Level or above)

Possession of EU valid Passport or Portuguese Residence card

High School Diploma or Higher

You live in Lisbon
