Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, empathetic, and able to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.
Assist customers with claims, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry changes.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
Proficient in Russian Language.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
