We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by handling inquiries, providing support, and delivering a positive service experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.Address customer concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to meet quality standards. Requirements: Native or fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
