What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Give customer support by handling customers' questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs. In essence, you will take good care of the customers; Manage all differenttypes of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a non-voice process ; From the beginning,you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have an advanced level of Portuguese (written and oral) (C1) English level (intermediate) Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months); High curiosity aboutthe cryptocurrency market; Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally; Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure; Fast learner, diligent worker.
